As a section, we will cultivate the next generation of leaders through inspirational events, opportunistic outreach, and will bring our Arrowmen together through fostering an inclusive community.
Section G9 is dedicated to providing unique fellowship, training, and leadership opportunities to over 6,000 Arrowmen and eight lodges across the greater Chicagoland and Southern Wisconsin region. As part of the Order of the Arrow, Scouting’s National Honor Society, we recognize those Scouts and Scouters who best exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their everyday lives.

Join OA Section G9 for a fun and exciting time at Cantigny Park in Wheaton, IL, on September 20th, 2026. Those who attend can expect opportunities to explore Cantigny Park with all of its rich history, learn more about section business, and experience outstanding training.
- TIME: Business meeting from 1 pm to 3:30 pm. After the business meeting concludes, those attending may explore the park until closure.
- COST: $20 (Includes event materials, patch, parking and admission to Cantigny)
- Must be registered and paid by Sunday, September 20, 2026
- Registration closes on Saturday, September 19, 2026 at 11:59pm
